Brian & Claire founded Drewery Property for the purpose of reconfiguring old light industrial units and mixed-use commercial properties into quality residential homes.
Drewery Property is based in south-east London and Crawley West Sussex. Brian & Claire consider properties for development in Kent, Surrey, and Sussex, although should a property with potential for development become available outside this area, we would consider it.
Both Brian & Claire like the idea of taking an old light industrial or mixed-use commercial building and transforming it into quality places to reside.
As each property is unique in itself, we look for opportunities that result in up to 20 residential properties. Each development tends to take between 6 and 18 months.
Drewery Property’s main exit strategy is to sell the development, but we always have the option to hold on to a property. These can then be rented as either rooms or whole flats depending on the circumstances.
All work is carried out to current building regulation specifications.
We aim to make each property as eco-friendly as we possibly can.
All Properties are covered by insurance backed warranty schemes typically up to ten years.
