Brian started his working life as a manager for a supermarket. He soon realised that he could not satisfy his ambition by working for someone else, so he left and formed a small building / construction company. This company carried out extensions, loft conversions and all other works required by homeowners. They would carry out the whole task from design & planning to building.
Brian’s career progressed to include him becoming a landlord, which involved the refurbishment of property’s and organising the sourcing of the tenants. He still self manages a successful HMO locally. The natural progression was then to start developing.
Brian brings with him over 35 years of experience in construction and management. He also has qualifications in Construction Industry Health & Safety.
